We start with Freee White Bread Flour, a premium gluten free flour specially developed to create bread with excellent structure and a wonderfully soft crumb. To achieve the perfect rise and airy texture, we combine gluten-free baking powder with carefully measured yeast, allowing the dough to develop a light, fluffy interior while maintaining its classic golden crust.

Because gluten-free dough requires additional support, we include psyllium husk and xanthan gum. These natural binding ingredients work together to improve elasticity, helping the dough hold its shape while creating a texture that’s remarkably close to traditional wheat-based vetkoek.
