To begin, we use a carefully balanced flour blend of rice, potato, tapioca, maize, and buckwheat flour. Together, these ingredients create a soft texture and neutral flavour that works beautifully in both sweet and savoury recipes. At the same time, the blend ensures reliable performance and consistency in gluten free baking.

Rice flour provides a light base, while potato and tapioca flour help create softness and moisture in baked goods. In addition, maize flour contributes structure and stability, helping cakes and bakes rise evenly during cooking. Buckwheat flour adds a subtle depth of flavour, bringing balance and character to the blend without overpowering recipes.
