To begin, we use sustainably grown organic gluten free oats as the base of each bar. These oats create a soft, satisfying texture while also providing a natural source of fibre. At the same time, they offer slow-releasing energy to help keep children fuelled through school days, playtime, and activities.

Next, we sweeten the bars naturally with organic agave nectar. This provides a gentle sweetness without the use of refined sugars, helping to keep the flavour light and enjoyable. In addition, it supports the soft and chewy texture that makes these bars so moreish.

We then add tangy apple pieces, which bring a fresh, fruity note to every bite. Alongside this, plump sultanas add natural sweetness and a juicy texture that perfectly complements the oats. Consequently, each bar offers a delicious balance of sweet and fruity flavours.

To maintain structure and consistency, we include acacia gum and a small amount of palm oil. These ingredients help bind the bar together while ensuring a soft, chewy bite every time. A pinch of salt is also added to enhance the natural flavours and bring the ingredients together.
