To begin, we use sustainably grown organic British gluten free oats as the base of each bar. These creamy oats create a soft, satisfying texture while also providing a natural source of fibre. At the same time, they deliver long-lasting energy to keep kids feeling full and fuelled throughout the day.
Next, we sweeten the bars with organic agave nectar, offering a gentle, natural sweetness without refined sugars. This helps create a smooth, chewy texture while keeping the flavour balanced and enjoyable for children. In addition, it supports a more natural approach to everyday snacking.
We then add rich chocolate chips, made with cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, and natural cocoa powder. These chocolate pieces melt slightly during baking, creating indulgent pockets of flavour throughout every bite. Consequently, each bar feels like a treat while still being made with simple, wholesome ingredients.
To ensure the perfect texture and structure, we include acacia gum as a natural stabiliser. This helps bind the ingredients together while maintaining the soft, chewy consistency kids love. A pinch of salt is also added to enhance the flavour and bring all the ingredients together.
Each bar contains only 100 calories, making them a convenient and portion-controlled snack option. They are free from the top 14 allergens, including gluten, nuts, and dairy, and contain no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.
