To begin, we combine a balanced flour blend of rice, tapioca, potato, gram, buckwheat, and carob flour. Together, these ingredients create a rich, earthy flavour with a soft yet structured texture that closely resembles traditional brown bread. At the same time, the blend ensures versatility, making it suitable for both oven baking and bread machines.

Rice flour provides a light and neutral base, while tapioca and potato flour help create softness and elasticity in the dough. In addition, gram flour adds depth and a subtle savoury note that enhances the hearty character of the bread. Buckwheat contributes a mild nutty flavour and wholesome texture, while carob adds natural richness and colour for a more traditional brown loaf appearance.
