Fruit TartÂ
Our gluten free Fruit Tart is a celebration of color and flavor. Light, fresh, and bursting with juicy fruit. Each tart is handmade with care, from crust to topping.
We begin with a buttery base. Plain Butter, Freee Plain White Flour, and a pinch of Salt come together to form a golden, tender crust. We add a touch of Xanthan Gum for that perfect gluten free texture. Icing Sugar sweetens it just enough. It’s crisp, yet delicate.
Next, the custard. We use Full-Fat Milk, Eggs, and Organic Cornflour to craft a smooth, creamy filling. Rich, but never heavy. A splash of Vanilla Extract brings warmth and depth to every spoonful.
Once cooled, the tart is topped with vibrant, fresh fruit. We layer Strawberries and Blueberries generously. Their natural sweetness shines through. Bright reds. Deep blues. A beautiful, delicious contrast.
Every element is balanced. Not too sweet. Not too rich. Just fresh, light, and satisfying.
